The Season Winds Down
Typical Saturday here: laundry and Sports Talk on the radio in the morning, followed by a little college football on the TV.
Right now both my Alma Maters are in action: Illinois is losing a slugfest to Michigan 28-21, and Minnesota is down 14-0 to Michigan State.
Have a 9:00 AM tee time tomorrow morning; hope the combination of moving the clocks back and warmer temperatures will allow us to get out on the course. This time of year every round you manage to get in is a gift, as Winter's inexorable march forward can't be stopped, only delayed.
Hope all of you are able to take advantage of today's sunny weather!

Hope you enjoyed your gift of golf on the 7th. As you predicted, Winter is here. I was caught off guard by its arrival and made a very costly mistake. My car was parked on the wrong side of the street during the snow emergency on Sat. night - and I got ticketed and towed. Retrieving my car the next day was a nightmare!
